About the Program
Gameday Performance Parker is led by certified strength coach Dalton. This is a professionally controlled and coached program that targets athletes who want to take the next step in improving their strength/power and overall performance in their specific sport.
Whether you’re an expert in the weight room or just starting out, Gameday Performance provides an individual approach to every athlete’s strengths & weaknesses.
Utilizing individual designed programs designed by Coach Dalton, every athlete will pushed toward their goals through a professional program designed to optimize performance in any sport.
Gameday Performance Coach
Coach Dalton is a highly qualified and dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in the realm of fitness and sports coaching. Holding a personal training certification through ISSA and CPR certification, Coach Dalton has not only demonstrated expertise in individualized fitness instruction but also a commitment to safety. In addition to serving as a Strength Coach for Rock Canyon’s Soccer Team and coaching baseball at Lutheran High School, Coach Dalton has been a valuable team member at Total Fitness Colorado for the past two years, contributing to the health and wellness of the community with enthusiasm and knowledge. His multifaceted background positions Coach Dalton as a versatile and reliable resource for athletes seeking to excel in their physical pursuits.

Gameday Performance coach will always be present during gym times to supervise and assist with individual workouts

How Do We Sign Up?
Once you sign up, Coach Dalton/Coach Achtermann will send you a link to Sign Up Genius that will show all of the available dates/times. Athletes MUST sign up for a time prior to coming into the facility.
Will my Athlete Be Training 1:1?
No, the awesome part about Gameday Performance is that we have athletes of all ages, skill types, and sports in the facility at once. This creates a competitive culture to be around.
Can we freeze or Cancel our Membership At Anytime?
What If our schedule is always changing and we Can't Go the Same Day Every Week?
This is the awesome part about Gameday Performance set up, we have a very flexible schedule with multiple options per week for your athlete to get their 3 workouts in. Our “Open Gym” policy allows for families to pick and choose when they would like to come in.
Is My Young Child Safe to lift weights?
The best answer, ABSOLUTELY! With our professional coaching staff, there will never be a time that we ask your athlete to do anything that will put them in harm’s way, nor will they ever be unsupervised.
How do you individualize your programs?
When we discuss individualization, it needs to be understood that every athlete will NOT have 10 different workouts for every single day. How we view individualization is based on a couple of factors: Age, Lifting Experience, Sports, Injury History, Future Goals and Current Body Type. We will have multiple athletes with the same exercises everyday, all focused on a different intent.
