PROGRAM DETAILS
Monday nights are designed workouts for Gameday Performance
Head of Gameday Performance, Alex Achtermann along with his winter assistant coaches
- Learn how to move and train to be an explosive athlete! This specific skill session is 2 hrs in length and will get players into shape for the spring season!
- Speed and Strength skill session will be every Monday
- 6-8p group is for players age groups (11-14u Only) (Players will be in separated into groups by age)
Tuesday nights are designed workouts for Hitters
Lead hitting coordinator, Rick Eisenberg along with his winter assistant instructors
- 6:00 -7:30pm | ages 9-12u
- 7:30 – 9:00pm | ages 13+
- Sign Up for player age they will play in 2025
Wednesday nights are designed workouts for Pitchers
Lead pitching coordinator, Mike Koons along with his winter assistant instructors
- 6:00 – 7:30pm | ages 9-12u
- 7:30 – 9:00pm | ages 13+
- Sign Up for player age they will play in 2025
Thursday nights are designed workouts for Defense and Catchers
Defense instructors Jose Diaz & Doug Bernier along with their winter assistant instructors
Catching instructor Mason Brown along with his winter assistant instructors
- 6:00 – 7:30pm | ages 9-12u
- 7:30 – 9:00pm | ages 13+
- Sign Up for player age they will play in 2025
Friday nights are designed workouts for Hitters
Lead hitting coordinator, Rick Eisenberg along with his winter assistant instructors
- 6:00 – 7:30pm | ages 9-12u
- 7:30 – 9:00pm | ages 13+

- Hitting Session #2 is designed to give players more options into our most popular skill session
- Players CAN Sign Up for BOTH Hitting nights if they choose
